Salesforce Testing Process

RTTS will help assess, plan, design and automate a successful testing process, which will save cycle time and provide greater coverage and assurance.

Test types include:

• System Testing - testing system’s technical processes from beginning to end in a sandbox
• Production Testing - a repeat of system testing in the production environment
• Regression Testing - test whether code and configuration releases are impacting existing user processes
• API Testing – validating interactions between systems
• Performance/Load Testing – validating system-under-maximum load after new code has been implemented into the system
• Data Testing - the testing of any movement of data, testing either extract/load (EL) or testing from simple to complex transformations (ETL) across different platforms, database(s), json and other flat files, web services or xml

• All RTTS resources, managers and engineers, are full-time W2 employees of RTTS and all have computer related degrees: computer science, computer engineering, or computer information systems. And all live and work in the continental US.
